From the west (north end of the valley)- Take the 118 East to I-5 south
toward Los Angeles. Get off at Burbank
Blvd. Turn left go straight for two blocks, staying in a lane that goes
straight across San Fernando Road. The street ends in front of the school. Turn
left to reach the parking garage.
From the west (south end of the valley) - Take the 101 East to the 134 toward Pasadena. Get off at Victory - the L. A. Zoo exit. Turn left (heading north) on Victory to Burbank Blvd. Turn right, travel 3 blocks (over the freeway), staying in a lane that goes straight across San Fernando Road. The street ends in front of the school. Turn left to reach the parking garage.
STUDENTS ARE TO REPORT TO THE CAFETERIA.
Coaches and judges report to the library - follow the signs, guides will be available to assist you. PARKING: You may park in the parking garage at the end of the block or on the street.
Fees: $30.00 per Policy, Parli, & Public Forum Teams, and $15.00 per LD. Entries may be limited depending on space. Make checks payable to TCFL.

Note: Food will be sold between rounds. Do not leave campus.

Judges: Each school is obligated to provide one qualified judge per every 2 policy, Parli, and PoFo teams,* and one qualified judge per every 4 LD entries.*

Because of the differences that exist in human perception, a subjective quality is present in the scoring of Speech and Debate rounds. Even with rules and evaluation criteria for guidance, judges will not evaluate the same performance in an identical manner. While we do everything possible to maintain consistency in scoring, winning results are not guaranteed.
