Tie Breaker explanation
1. Based on ranks - number of 1's, 2's, 3's, etc.
2. Based on ratings - highest cumulative rating (total score) wins.
3. Based on ratings - number of 30's, 29's, 28's, etc.
4. Based on head to head competition (if opponents met in any of the rounds)
5. Drop the lowest rating and add the two remaining ratings - highest total wins.
6. Drop the highest rating and add the two remaining ratings - highest total wins.
7. Drop both the highest and the lowest rating leaving one remaining rating - highest rating wins.
Sudden Death
8. The first one to receive the highest rank beginning with Round One wins.
9. The first one to receive the highest rating beginning with Round One wins.
10. Flip a coin.
